This hiking course was getting popular as I heard, but during our time, we didn't see that much people.
The main purpose of this hiking was to see the beautiful color of the water of the dam, the color that is called Yushin Blue. Basically the color could be seen along the way when the river got deep. But the beautiful location was the pool near the Kurokura (玄倉) dam.
It was a surprise when on our return way, the Yushin Blue in the Kurokura dam was vanished, it seemed the water was released downstream.

The course itself was very easy.
We walked most the time on asphalt road where authorized cars could pass.

We passed several tunnels, but only one tunnel got completely dark, that flashlight was mandatory but mobile phone was OK too.

The most enjoying part was picnic in the river.
Though the water was pretty cool, we had fun playing with the stream.
There were some location where we could climbed down to the river, we chose one with the rope available.

The access to the hiking course was via bus Fujikyushonan (富士急湘南バス) that depart just in front of Shin Matsuda Station (新松田駅) at Odakyu Line.
JR Matsuda Station was just a stone throw away.

It took about 45 minutes bus ride to Kurokura Bus Stop (玄倉バス停), the starting point of the walk. There was a shop and toilet here.
To walk to the course, just cross the street, walk along the river/dam to the way back to Matsuda Station.

After the long walk, I went myself to Nakagawa Onsen (中川温泉).
It was another 15 minutes by the same bus to the further direction away from Matsuda Station.
I bought a hot spring and bus set ticket for 2,250 yen, a bit cheaper, since if we buy separately, the return bus ticket is 1,620 yen, and the hot spring ticket to Bunanoyu (ぶなの湯) was 700 yen plus the bus ticket from Kurokura to Nakagawa Onsen.
With the set ticket, we get 3 tickets, go bus, return bus and onsen ticket.
The go bus ticket we handed over when we got on the bus.
The return ticket, we only showed to the driver when we got off the bus at Nakagawa Onsen.

Surprisingly, there is a hot spring village in Nakagawa.
However, the ticket with the set is only for day trip onsen Bunanoyu (ぶなの湯), one bus stop from Nakagawa hot spring village.
Another surprising thing was near the Bunanoyu, there was a pretty river place, good for picnic, with the Yushin Blue! This way you can get to see the Yushin Blue without 5 hours walking :)

On the bus back, I met a group who went to see waterfalls at Nishi Tanzawa (西丹沢) from the last bus stop.
